3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 The Bidder shall be a legal person or other organization.
3.2 The bidder must provide an after-sales service commitment letter issued by the manufacturer of X-ray flaw detector for this project. Only one bidding unit is accepted for the same brand; if the manufacturer participates in the bidding, it shall not authorize any agent to bid again.
3.3 The bidder shall have similar X-ray flaw detector supply performance in the past 3 years (from January 1, 2023 to the bid deadline) (a copy of the contract shall be provided; if the project characteristics cannot be reflected in the contract, a technical agreement shall be provided, otherwise it will not be recognized).
3.4 The Bidder shall provide a non-criminal record letter of commitment (in the format as attached).
3.5 The Bidder must not include in the blacklist for dishonesty of Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd.
3.6 Consortium bid is not accepted for the tender.
3.7 The bidding by agent will be not accepted this time.
