3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1. The bidder shall be an independent legal entity or other organization that complies with the provisions of the Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China (domestic bidders shall provide a business license, and overseas bidders shall provide local registration documents);
3.2. Original or photocopy of credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date;
3.3 Bidders must commit to ensuring that their equipment and software exports fully comply with relevant international and Chinese laws and regulations, and assist in handling all necessary import and export licensing procedures;
3.4 For domestic products, this project only accepts bids from product manufacturers. For overseas products, bids from both product manufacturers and agents are accepted. If the bidder is an agent for the product being bid on, they must obtain and provide a unique authorization letter for this project issued by the manufacturer of the bidding goods. The original manufacturer and the agent cannot participate in the bidding simultaneously.
3.5. If the bidder wins the bid, it must enter into a written contract in accordance with the bidding documents and the bidder"s bidding documents, and shall not add any other unreasonable terms or make additional demands on the bidder;
3.6 The bidder and the manufacturer of the bidding goods shall have no major illegal records in business activities within the past year, no fraudulent bid-winning through unfair competition, no major economic criminal cases, and no termination of contract or defeat as a defendant due to any breach of contract, illegal behavior, or violation of business ethics;
3.7 The bidding equipment provided by the bidder shall be brand new products from the original production place;
