3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization that complies with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China (domestic bidders shall provide a business license, and overseas bidders shall provide local registration documents);
2) Original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date;
3) The bidder shall promise that its equipment and software exports fully comply with relevant international and Chinese laws and regulations, and assist in handling all necessary import and export license procedures;
4) This project only accepts bids from domestic product manufacturers. For overseas products, we accept bids from both product manufacturers and agents. If the bidder is the agent of the product being bid on, they must obtain and provide a valid authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the selected goods. The original factory and the agent cannot participate in the bidding at the same time.
5) If the bidder wins the bid, they must enter into a written contract in accordance with the bidding documents and the winning bidder"s bidding documents, and shall not add any other unreasonable terms or additional requirements to the tenderer;
6) The bidder and the manufacturer of the bidding goods have no significant illegal records in their business activities within the past year, no use of unfair competition to obtain the bid, no major economic or criminal cases, and no breach of contract, illegal or unethical behavior that has led to the termination of the contract or the defendant losing the lawsuit; Domestic bidders are required to provide financial statements audited by intermediary agencies (qualified accounting firms) in the past 3 years;
7) The bidding equipment provided by the bidder should be a brand new product.
8) Performance requirements: Bidders must provide production and sales experience for 12 inch equipment of the same type with an installed capacity of ≥ 15 units from January 1, 2023 to present (based on the contract signing time), and indicate the equipment sales time, corresponding customer name (customer name can be replaced by code description), order quantity, equipment specifications and models, etc. They must also provide machine acceptance certificates, user purchase certificates, key pages of contracts or copies of orders, and other materials.
