3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) If the bidder is registered outside the People"s Republic of China, it must provide the relevant legal documents of enterprise registration issued in its place of registration, as well as the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank of deposit within three months prior to the bid opening date;
