3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Meet the requirements of "2. Qualified Bidders" in Chapter 1 of Volume 1 of the bidding documents, "Instructions to Bidders";
3.2 Bidders shall have independent legal person status (for domestic bidders) or have completed business registration (for overseas bidders);
3.3 The agent participating in the bidding shall obtain the sole authorization from the equipment manufacturer for this project;
3.4 Performance Requirements: The bidder must have application record of Silicon Steel Normalizing and Pickling Line or Pickling Line-Tandem Cold Mill (PL-TCM) for the products it bids for. A copy of the contract must be provided in the bidding documents. If some business secrets are not convenient to be made public, key information can be blurred;
3.5 The bidder shall have a good bank credit standing and business reputation, not be in a state of being ordered to suspend business or go bankrupt, and its assets shall not be restructured, taken over or frozen. The bidder shall provide the original or a copy of the bank credit standing certificate issued by the bank where its basic account was opened within the three-month period prior to the bid opening date.
