The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. From October 2020 to the present, the bidder should have at least 3 projects of the same type of equipment, each with a sales record of over 25 million yuan for the same scale of data center hardware integration projects, and the users have reported good results. If it is a consortium bid, the combined performance of all members of the consortium must meet the above requirements. (The bidder needs to provide contract or order-based performance proof materials).
(2) Once the bid is successful, the bidder must be the party that signs the contract with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign the contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In the tendering process, it must be who bids, who wins, and who signs the contract.
