Qualifications or Performance:1) Have the qualification of an independent legal entity and the ability to independently bear civil liability, be legally and financially independent, and operate in accordance with commercial regulations;
2) Have a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system;
3) Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract;
4) Have reliable after-sales service capabilities, with professional technical support personnel and hardware maintenance engineers responsible for after-sales service;
5) If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the bidding goods, it must provide a unique authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for this project;
6) The bidder should have application performance of no less than 10 sets of similar X-ray transmission focusing related products within the past 5 years (from January 2021 to present) (a performance list and a copy of the contract or written certification from the user must be provided);
7) The bidder must not have any illegal records in business activities within the past 5 years prior to participating in this bidding activity, nor have any records of using unfair competition means to win the bid, nor have any bribery or criminal records;
