Qualifications or Performance:1) The legal persons or other organizations invited from within the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter abb. as "PRC") and all countries/areas which have regular trade relations with PRC (hereinafter called "the eligible source countries/areas"); 2) The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bid product or its legal agent. Agents bidding should provide the formal authorization of the manufacturer of the bid product for this project; 3) Bidders should successfully complete registration on http://www.chinabidding.com prior to the deadline for submission of bids stipulated in the bidding document. Otherwise, the bidders cannot enter into bidding procedures, and any consequence arisen thereafter shall be borne by bidders; 4) Legal persons, other organizations, or individuals that have an interested relationship with the tenderee which may affect the impartiality of the tendering shall not participate in the bidding; 5) Different bidders that have the same person in charge or have the relationship of share-holding or management should not participate in the bids for the same package, except for the case of forming a joint venture to bid; 6) The Joint Venture not permitted for this project; 7) Subcontracting is not accepted for this project.
