1. The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer shall provide a list of supply performance for the past 3 years (from December 1, 2022 to present), with sales performance of 300 units or more of the same or similar vacuum dry pumps. Relevant supporting documents such as contracts, orders, supply lists, supply details, or performance lists shall be provided (if only the performance list is provided, the bidder shall stamp or be authorized to sign).
2. The manufacturer of the bidder must have the ability to produce the vacuum dry pump for this bidding. The bidder"s manufacturer should be able to provide effective after-sales service for the vacuum dry pump for this bidding (including the unit and contact information that provides after-sales service to Yandong).
3. The bidding product should be the bidder"s or its manufacturer"s own technical product. The bidding product may involve relevant patent content, and the bidder shall ensure that the tenderer is not held responsible for identifying and infringing on these patents.
4. The target equipment must be brand new, please provide a "commitment letter".
5. Original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date (with the bidder"s company seal affixed to the photocopy).
