Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder shall be a unit with independent legal person status registered inside or outside the People"s Republic of China, having the ability to independently bear civil liabilities and a sound financial condition.(2) Possess the capability to perform the contract, including the required professional and technical qualifications and capabilities, funds, equipment and other facilities, management capabilities, experience, reputation, and corresponding practitioners; and shall not be in a state of being ordered to suspend business, having bid qualifications revoked, or having assets reorganized, taken over, frozen, or declared bankrupt.(3) The bidder must have the corresponding capabilities for the bid section they are bidding for; agents or distributors must hold an authorization letter.(4) For bidders: Bid Package A requires performance in nitration units, and Bid Package B requires performance in hydrogenation units.
