Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Qualification certification documents provided in accordance with the requirements of Chapter IV-9 in Volume 1 of the bidding documents;
3.2 Credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date;
3.3 The bidder must be the manufacturer of the bidding equipment or an authorized agent of the bidding equipment manufacturer. If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the bidding product, the bidder must have one of the following authorization documents:
(1) Original authorization letter issued by the manufacturer;
(2) Original authorization letter issued by the domestic holding subsidiary of the manufacturer:
(3) A copy of the authorization letter issued by the manufacturer to the authorized regional agent and the authorization letter issued by the regional agent (the original of the special authorization letter is required, and the original of the non special authorization letter is kept for reference);
