3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders must complete valid registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce for providing public services for international bidding and tendering activities of electromechanical products (hereinafter referred to as the "Electronic Trading Platform for Electromechanical Product Bidding and Tendering", website: www.chinabidding.com) before the deadline for submission of bids.
2) Within the three years prior to participating in procurement activities, there should be no significant records of illegal activities in business operations.
3) Joint bidding is not accepted for this tender.
4) If the goods proposed by the bidder for bidding are medical devices, the bidder shall provide the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or "Class I Medical Device Registration Certificate"; the bidder shall provide the "Medical Device Business License" or "Class II Medical Device Business Registration Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations, and the bidder"s business scope shall be consistent with the relevant license or registration content. (Applicable only to medical devices)
5) The bidder must be the manufacturer of the bidding equipment or an authorized agent of the manufacturer (the agent must provide the manufacturer"s unique authorization letter for this project).
