3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal entity or other organization with legitimate business qualifications; 2) If the bidder is a manufacturer of the bid goods, it shall provide the "Medical Device Production Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Production Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations; if the bidder is a sales enterprise, it shall provide the "Medical Device Sales Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Second-Class Medical Device Sales Filing Certificate" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The bidder"s production or business scope shall be consistent with relevant national permits; 3) The bid goods shall possess the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or the "First-Class Medical Device Filing Certificate" valid within the bid deadline; 4) The bidder shall be a professional manufacturer of the required equipment for this project or an authorized agent; 5) The bid model provided by the bidder shall have installed users in China; 6) The bidder shall have no major illegal records in business activities within three years prior to participating in government procurement activities; 7) The bidder shall not be listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as a dishonest judgment debtor, a party involved in major tax violations, or the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) as a serious illegal and dishonest behavior record.
