Qualifications or Performance:The manufacturer should have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and a sales record. The manufacturer should have an agent or maintenance institution in China to provide long-term maintenance service guarantee for the products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. From January 2020 to the present, there must be sales records of at least 5 units of alignment film printing machines and more than 3 units of alignment film pre-curing machines of the same type, with good user feedback (bidders need to provide performance data sheets). (2) Once awarded the bid, the bidder must be the party signing the contract for this project with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In the bidding process, the bidder who submits the bid must be the one who wins the bid and signs the contract. It is not allowed for Party A to submit the bid and Party B to sign the contract.)
