Manufacturers in China have agents or maintenance agencies to provide long-term maintenance services for products. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable. Since Oct 2014, there must be more than 20 sales records of PI Main cure or PA Oven, and the user reflects well (the bidder needs to provide the performance evidence of contract or purchase order).(2) once the bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contract with the Tenderee. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the Tenderee, his bid will be rejected.
