Qualifications or Performance:1. Qualifications that bidders must possess: Bidders must be the manufacturer or an authorized agent of the bid goods. If bidding as an agent, an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer must be provided.
2. This project does not accept consortium bids.
3. Bidders who have not purchased the bidding documents are not allowed to participate in the bid.
4. If, due to force majeure on the day of bid opening, the query cannot be conducted and cannot be resumed promptly, a post-bid query may be conducted during the winning candidate publicity period. If a winning candidate is found to be a dishonest person subject to enforcement, the tenderee will lawfully revoke their winning qualification.
