3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.Other conditions stipulated by the state ( such as national mandatory industry requirements, qualification conditions, etc. ) : an effective type test report with a rated voltage of not less than 24 kV and a rated breaking current of not less than 160 kA issued by an international authoritative organization or a product inspection and testing organization authorized and licensed by the state.
2.The bidder must provide the performance record of four sets or more of generator outlet circuit breakers of the same or larger capacity as the equipment to be tendered in the past five years (from January 1, 2020 to the bid submission deadline, based on the contract signing date). The bidder must provide the supporting documents that can prove the performance requirements for the supply of this tender, otherwise the performance will be treated as invalid. (The supporting documents must at least include: the first page of the contract, the page with signatures and seals of both the buyer and the seller, the page with the contract signing date, and the page(s) reflecting the above performance requirements.)
