Qualifications or Performance:1. Qualifications that the bidder must possess: The bidder must be the manufacturer of the bid goods or an authorized agent. If participating as an agent, the bidder must provide an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer.
2. Joint bids are not accepted for this project.
3. Bidders who have not purchased the bidding documents are not permitted to participate in the bid.
4.
