Overview:The procurement of a digital whole-slide scanning and data analysis system includes: a main scanning unit (containing bright-field and fluorescence imaging), scanning control software, image browsing software, graphics workstation, multi-module analysis software, fluorescence back-illuminated camera, flat-field achromatic objective (20X,40X), and multi-channel excitation block turntable. This system enables highly automated and flexible high-throughput pathological and spatial multi-omics image generation and analysis.
