Overview:(1)Manufacturing, supply and related services of traction system (including electrical traction , electric braking system, auxiliary power supply system, etc.) for 10 trains(+Tc-Mp-M-M-Mp-Tc+) (60 vehicles in total) required for Shenyang Metro Line 9 Phase II Project.
The scope of supply is as follows:
1)B2 type 10 trains (60 vehicles in total) traction system of metro vehicles, 4 moving and 2 tow;
2)Technical data and drawings;
3)Technical training (including design liaison, construction supervision, first piece acceptance and personnel training, etc.);
4)Technical services.
(2)Manufacturing, supply and related services of traction system (including electrical traction , electric braking system, auxiliary power supply system, etc.) for 26 trains(+Tc-Mp-M-M-Mp-Tc+) (156 vehicles in total) required for Shenyang Metro Line 10 project (Zhangshabu ~ Dingxiang Street) .
The scope of supply is as follows:
1)B2 type 26 trains (156 vehicles in total) traction system of metro vehicles, 4 moving and 2 tow;
2)Spare parts, wearing parts / consumables materials ;Test equipment, special maintenance tools;
3)Technical data and drawings;
4)Technical training (including design liaison, construction supervision, first piece acceptance and personnel training, etc.);
5)Technical services.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.The bidder must be from the People"s Republic of China or from the People"s Republic of China has normal trade with the countries and regions registered in accordance with the law, with the legal person status of the similar to rail transit vehicle traction system manufacturing enterprises.
2.The bidder must be complete manfacturing technology and corresponding production capacity of electric bus electric traction system and capable of providing goods and services for bidding.
3.Nearly five years(from January 1, 2020 up to now) , the bidder shall have at least a territory of the People"s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and the tendering cargo the same pattern of urban rail transit vehicle traction system manufacturing supply project and open trial operation performance, and individual supply contract amount not less than 20 trains (120).
The bidder shall also provide the copy or scan that the notice of winning the bid, the contract agreement signed between the bidder and the end user (urban rail transit construction or operation unit), the user opening certificate and other performance proof materials at the same time. Performance in the form of consortium is not acceptable.
