Qualifications or Performance:Qualification criteria:
1. The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer must have the ability to produce the equipment for this bidding. The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer shall provide a supply performance of no less than 10 units of the same or similar equipment from September 1, 2022 to present, and shall provide relevant supporting documents such as supply lists, contracts, orders, or acceptance certificates. If only a supply list is provided, it needs to be stamped or signed by an authorized person to ensure the authenticity of the content.
2. The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer can provide effective after-sales service for the bidding equipment (the unit and contact information that provides after-sales service to Yandong).
3. The target equipment must be brand new, please provide a "commitment letter".
4. The bidding product should be the bidder"s or its manufacturer"s own technical product. The bidding product may involve relevant patent content, and the bidder shall ensure that the tenderer is not held responsible for identifying and infringing on these patents.
5. Original or photocopy of the credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date (with the bidder"s company seal affixed to the photocopy);
6. Other qualification certification documents required in the bidding documents.
