Qualifications or Performance:(1) If the main goods to be bid by the bidder (specifically referring to the deepwater ice-based oceanographic profiler in project) are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall obtain an official authorization letter from the manufacturer allowing it to provide the goods in this bid.
(2) The original or photocopy of the bidder"s 2024 annual financial audit report or the credit certificate issued by the opening bank within three months before the bid date.
(3) The bidder has no significant illegal records in its business activities in the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity.
(4) The bid shall successfully register on the Electronic Transaction Platform for Tendering and Bidding of Mechanical and Electrical Products (http://www.chinabidding.com) before the deadline for bidding in the tender documents.
