Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization that complies with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China;
(2) The bidder or manufacturer of the bidding goods must have experience in supplying such equipment to 12 inch integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises;
