3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Meet the requirements of "2. Qualified Bidders" in Chapter 1, "Instructions to Bidders" of Volume 1 of the bidding documents;

3.4 Performance Requirements: The equipment tendered by the bidder must have at least three performance records of application in single-stand rolling mill projects within 36 months prior to the bid submission deadline. Valid proof evidence such as technical agreements (signed versions) or contract agreements must be provided.
3.5 The bidder shall have a good bank credit standing and business reputation, not be in a state of being ordered to suspend business or go bankrupt, and its assets shall not be restructured, taken over or frozen. The bidder shall provide the original or a copy of the bank credit standing certificate issued by the bank where its basic account was opened within three months before the bid opening date.
3.6 Whether to accept joint bids: No;
