Overview:Sinochem Business Co., LTD. (the tendering agency) has been entrusted by Second Heavy Industries (Deyang) Heavy Equipment Co., LTD. (the tenderer) to conduct an international open competitive tender for the following products and services. Qualified bidders are now invited to participate in the tender:
Bid Section 1:1 set of 7× 26-meter CNC gantry machining center
Bid Section 2: One 3× 12-meter CNC gantry machining center
(For the specific supply scope and description, please refer to Chapter 8 "List of Goods Requirements and Technical Specifications" of the tender documents.)

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Any legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or from any country or region that has normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China may bid. The bidder must be the manufacturer of the goods being bid.
(2) Bidders shall possess business licenses (business registration) or operation permits or equivalent valid proof documents.
(3) Performance Requirements:
Bid Section One Requirements: From January 1, 2010 to the present, the manufacturer should have a performance record of CNC gantry machining centers with a workbench width of 5 meters or more (units), and must provide a performance list and relevant supporting materials (the list should include sales time, sales quantity, goods name, goods model and end users, etc.).
Bid Section Two Requirements: From January 1, 2015 to the present, the manufacturer should have a performance record of CNC gantry machining centers with a workbench width of 3 meters or more (units), and must provide a performance list and relevant supporting materials (the list should include sales time, sales quantity, goods name, goods model and end users, etc.).
(4) The bidder and its legal representative (or person in charge) have not been listed as dishonest debtors. The bidder and its legal representative (or person in charge) have no record of bribery crimes; otherwise, their bid will be invalid.
(5) Domestic bidders shall provide the original or a copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
(6) This project does not accept consortiums. Bidders may bid separately for Section 1 and Section 2 of this project.
