3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder is a professional manufacturer or agent of secondary water supply equipment with independent civil liability and the ability to perform the contract. The agent needs to provide the manufacturer"s sole authorization for this project when bidding independently; Manufacturers and agents are allowed to form a consortium to bid (two manufacturers or two agents or more than two units are not allowed to form a consortium to participate in bidding). If a consortium bids, it must sign a consortium bidding agreement to clarify the division of work between the bidding subject and the parties to the consortium;
2. The bidder (or the party responsible for the installation and construction of the consortium) must have the qualification of Grade III or above in the general contracting of electromechanical engineering construction or Grade III or above in the professional contracting of building electromechanical installation engineering, and the proposed project manager has the builder registration certificate of Grade II or above in electromechanical engineering, and the Class B certificate of "Class III personnel" (within the validity period), and the proposed full-time safety production management personnel on the construction site have the Class C certificate of "Class III personnel" (within the validity period);
3. The bidding equipment manufacturer must have the bidding product "Approval Document Concerning Drinking Water Hygiene and Safety Products" issued by the provincial (or municipal) health management department within the validity period (if the approval document issued by the municipal health management department is provided, the certification document issued by the provincial health management department to the municipal health management department must also be provided);
4. The bidding equipment manufacturer has 5 years or more production experience in high-rise secondary water supply (frequency conversion water supply equipment and non-negative pressure water supply equipment) (provide a copy of the contract before January 1, 2020, and the original for future reference); Since January 1, 2020 (inclusive) (subject to the signing date of the contract), the bidding brand of non-negative pressure water supply equipment has a single set of non-negative pressure water supply equipment of 50m/h (excluding standby pumps) and 100m or more, and the contract amount is 2 million yuan or more; Since January 1, 2020 (inclusive) (subject to the signing date of the contract), the bidding brand variable frequency water supply equipment has a supply contract for a single set of equipment with a capacity of 30m/h (excluding standby pumps) and a capacity of 100m or more, and the single contract has a water supply equipment performance of 2 million yuan or more (provide a copy of the contract and the original for future reference); If the same contract meets the performance requirements of non-negative pressure water supply equipment and variable frequency water supply equipment at the same time, it shall be deemed as meeting the above qualification performance requirements.
5. Any deviation from the terms indicated in the first volume of the tender documents that may lead to the rejection of the tender documents will lead to the rejection of the tender.
