3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Bidders shall complete valid registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce of the People "s Republic of China to provide public services for international bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products, website: www.chinabidding.com) before the bid submission deadline;

The business scope of the supplier shall be consistent with the relevant licensing or filing contents. (Applicable only to medical devices)

5) The domestic bidder has not been listed as a dishonest executive, a party involved in major tax violation cases, or a record of serious illegal and untrustworthy behavior in government procurement on the websites of Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
