3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Domestic bidders shall have the ability to independently assume civil liability in accordance with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China.

At least one performance certificate of the bidder (including the manufacturer) in the past three years related to the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of the bidding equipment or similar equipment should be provided during the bidding process.
3.3 If the bidder is an agent, they must obtain and provide a unique authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the bidding goods for this project.

3.7 The authorized representative of the domestic bidder shall provide proof of payment of social security in accordance with the law for any month within the past three months of the bidding unit.
3.8 Original or photocopy of credit certificate issued by the bidder"s bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
3.9 If the place of shipment is outside the customs territory, the bidder must be an enterprise registered outside the customs territory.
