Overview:the project scope of work environment that is from duct or collection point gas composition to the scene detector, and send the results to the GDS SCADA server and the workstation, according to the design principles for sound and light alarm, gas VMB valve closed, FAB host machine downtime and interlock linkage and all facilities relating to the above content protection, installation, construction safety warning, piping, pipe rack, debugging, figure picture modification, documents, etc. The contractor shall install and complete the GDS related requirements, and must ensure that all of them meet the requirements of the normal operation of the equipment, and Complete the corresponding design、Procurement 、supply、Transport、installation and adjustment、Co-work acceptance etc..

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)One party in the consortium must have GDS related equipment positioning, installation, measurement and special gas pipeline construction, welding, installation experience of 12 inches 28 nm of integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises. (please supply proof of documents)
2)One party in the consortium must have obtained ISO9001 certification or equivalent quality management certification qualifications.(please supply proof of documents)
3)At least one party of the consortium shall have an average annual revenue of no less than 40 million RMB in the past three years. (please supply proof of documents)
4)The party responsible for construction in the consortium must have the following certificates (please supply proof of documents)
A. Pressure pipeline construction qualification GC2 or above
B. Safety Production License
5)Consortium: No more than 2
6)Bidders are required to submit manufacturer authorization and commitment letters for major equipment and materials in accordance with the brand requirements and format specified in the technical specifications.
(1)The consortium bid is accepted in the tender. If the bidder forms a CONSORTIUM to make a joint bidding for the project, all members of the CONSORTIUM shall sign a consortium agreement according to the format in the bidding document. The consortium agreement shall definite the responsibility, right and obligation among the leading party and other members of the tender.
(2)Each member shall not make a bid in this project in one"s own name or as a member of other CONSORTIUMS.
