Overview:This program work scope is from the main system Takeoff value(point) to the process tool point (point of users) in the Clean Room .Bidder should design、planning and install hookup in the tenderee"s opinion according to the EFRT(Equipment Facility Requirement Table) 、reconnaissance trip and joint connection diagram . The hookup grogram types including Power、LSS Local Scrubber( local scrubber and discharge acid) 、PV(process vaccuam) 、BA、Exhaust(process exhaust) 、Natural Gas、Chemical、UPW(Ultra pure water) 、Drain and the above-mentioned working involves working within(including but not limited to hanger、pipe rack、pipe frame etc.).Bidder must ensure the supply can fulfill the requirement of the working equipmen (Including but not limited to the future supply quality),during system turn on.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)One of the parties of the tender should have relevant design experience and mass production in three or more of 12 inch semiconductor technology"s Hook up for which the technology node is 28nm. (List the main project name)
2)One party in the consortium must have obtained ISO9001 certification or equivalent quality management certification qualifications.(please supply proof of documents)
3) At least one party of the consortium shall have an average annual revenue of no less than 40 million RMB in the past three years. (please supply proof of documents)
4)The party responsible for construction in the consortium must have the following certificates :(please supply proof of documents)
A．First level or above professional contracting level for mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering
B. Safety Production License
5)Consortium: No more than 2
6)Bidders are required to submit manufacturer authorization and commitment letters for major equipment and materials in accordance with the brand requirements and format specified in the technical specifications.
7)Other conditions as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
(1)The consortium bid is accepted in the tender. If the bidder forms a CONSORTIUM to make a joint bidding for the project, all members of the CONSORTIUM shall sign a consortium agreement according to the format in the bidding document. The consortium agreement shall definite the responsibility, right and obligation among the leading party and other members of the tender.
(2)Each member shall not make a bid in this project in one"s own name or as a member of other CONSORTIUMS.
