Qualifications or Performance:(1)The bidder should have relevant construction experience at least two of 12 inch integrated circuit manufacturer"s lithography machine Foundation.(List the main project name and proof of documents)
(2)The average revenue over the past 3 years of the bidder is not less than CNY 30 million (please supply proof of documents)
(3)The bidder shall provide complete system design and installation plan according to the requirements of the tenderee, as well as list the models of all system products in detail.
(4)Other conditions as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
(5)This foundation bidding is divided into two packages. Bidders can bid on two packages. Bidders are not allowed to use unbalanced quotation in the quotation of two packages.
