Description of The Prepared Bidding Conditions:3.1 The bidder must be an independent legal person or an unincorporated organization registered within the territory of (an independent legal person shall provide a scanned copy or copy of the business license; an unincorporated organization shall provide a scanned copy or copy of the or other proof document issued or approved by the competent authority);

3.2 Suppliers with a record of bribery crimes in the past three years (calculated from at June 2021, or from the date of establishment if the supplier has been established for less than three years) shall not participate in the bidding for project (the supplier shall make a statement in the "Government Procurement Bid and Performance Commitment Letter");

3.4 This project does not accept bids from bidders using imported products;
