3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must be the final manufacturer of the goods being bid, or the only designated agent authorized in writing by the final manufacturer to participate in the bidding of this project. The manufacturer has an original sales and maintenance branch in Chinese Mainland.
2) Having a good reputation and corresponding product sales performance; Having a sound after-sales service system and good after-sales service records.
3) Bidders should consciously abide by national laws and regulations, and have not used unfair competition methods to win the bid within three years, and have no major economic or criminal cases.
4) The bidder shall provide the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or "Class I Medical Device Filing Certificate" issued by the food and drug supervision and administration department for the bidding goods, which is valid on the date of bid opening. The specifications and models of the bidding goods should be consistent with the specifications and models in the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China or the First Class Medical Device Filing Certificate.
5) If the bidder is a manufacturer of bidding goods, they shall provide the Medical Device Production Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China or the First Class Medical Device Production Filing Certificate issued by the food and drug supervision and administration department in accordance with relevant national regulations; If the bidder is a sales and operation enterprise, they shall provide the "Medical Device Business License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Second Class Medical Device Business Registration Certificate" issued by the food and drug supervision and administration department in accordance with relevant national regulations. The production or business scope of the bidder shall be consistent with the relevant national licenses.
