3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:The bidder must be the manufacturer of the dual channel direct emission analysis system, and the bidder within the customs territory must provide a copy of the valid business license stamped with the bidder"s official seal. Contract Reference Requirement:Submit 5 copies of contracts with similar performance from January 1, 2022 to the date of bid opening, with specific requirements as follows: 1) The bidder should be the direct supplier of the contract; 2) Contracts should have signatures or seals from all parties, except for special forms of contracts such as electronic contracts and orders; 3) The copy of the contract should include at least the names of the parties to the contract, the subject matter of the contract, the contract date, and the signature and seal page; 4) The contract date shall be the later of the effective date of the contract and the signing date of the contract; 5) Similar performance refers to the dual channel direct emission analysis system.
