3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:one. The bidder shall meet the following general conditions:
(1) Having the ability to independently bear civil liabilities (to provide the business license and other supporting documents of the legal person or other organizations);

(2) If the bidder is the manufacturer of the bidding product, the bidder shall provide the Medical Device Production License; if the bidder is not the manufacturer, the bidder shall provide the Medical Device Business License or Class II Medical Device Operation Record Certificate, and the business license and the bidding manufacturer; (copy with official seal);
(3) The non-manufacturer bidder of the imported products shall provide the direct or hierarchical authorization of the manufacturer or the domestic first-level agents for the products of the project, and provide the business license and relevant qualification certificates of the relevant production enterprises or the agents at all levels.
