3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The products submitted by the bidder shall have at least one high pressure output pump with rated flow no less than 300m3 / h and head no less than 1800m, and be put into operation in domestic LNG terminal for more than 2 years (operation before January 1,2022).[Performance certification materials require a copy of the contract and the user operation certificate. The contract copy contains at least the home page, signature and seal page and the page reflecting the product specifications and supply scope; the user delivery certificate shall reflect the technical specifications, quantity and delivery time of the product and be affixed with the official seal of the user.】
(2) Accept agents. The agent shall present the authorization agent of the high pressure pump manufacturer for this project, and the same brand can only apply for bidding in the name of one unit, and the same agent can only participate in the bidding of one brand.The bidder is a legal person or other organization that responds to the bidding, has purchased the bidding documents from the tenderer or the tendering agency and participates in the bidding competition. The bidder registered in the territory of the People"s Republic of China must be a legal person capable of independently bearing civil liabilities.
