3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall have valid business license (domestic bidder)/business license certificate (foreign bidder).
2) The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where the account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date.
3) Bidders shall successfully register on China International Tendering Website (hereinafter referred to as "bidding.com", website: http:// www.chinabidding.com) before bidding.
4) Credibility requirements:
① From January 1, 2020 to the present, the domestic bidders have not been listed in the national enterprise credit information public display system or in the business exception list, and have not been listed in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) or credit information sharing platform at all levels. Supporting materials: The bidder shall provide the manufacturer"s qualification statement stamped with the official seal of the bidder and bound in the bid document; If the manufacturer belongs to the parent company of the group, subsidiaries, joint ventures, also need to provide the corresponding certification materials or relationship letter.
6) Performance requirements: Since January 1, 2019 (subject to the signing date of the contract), the bid product (automatic potentiometric titrator) has at least one sales performance in the oil or chemical enterprises in China, and the number of single contracts is not less than 15 units. The model and origin of the bid product must be consistent with the product model and origin in the performance.
Supporting materials: The bidder shall provide a copy of the key pages of the corresponding performance contract, stamped with the official seal of the bidder, and bound in the bidding document. The performance contract shall contain the cover of the contract, the signature page of the contract, the scope of supply, the construction site, the end user, the type and scale of the device, etc. If the contract cannot reflect the corresponding information, Other supporting documents of the contract (including but not limited to technical agreement, design requisition document, user certificate, etc.) shall be provided.
