Qualifications or Performance:1) If the goods submitted by the Bidder are not manufactured by the Bidder, the Bidder shall obtain the original official authorization letter from the manufacturer agreeing to provide the goods in this tender.
2) The bidder (including manufacturers) must provide three or more successful case studies of similar products being used within mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), and copies of relevant contracts are required to be submitted.
3) The original or copy of credit certificate issued by the bidder within three months before the date of bid opening;
4) Other qualification documents as following:
① The bidder (if the bidder is authorized dealer or agent in domestic ) must present the valid original business license or the copies with official seal.
②The invested products have dedicated after-sales service institutions and full-time engineers in Chinese mainland, providing local installation, debugging, training, and after-sales services. The bidder must provide the manufacturer"s authorized service certification document, as well as the social security proof showing that the manufacturer has no fewer than 3 full-time service engineers in domestic subsidiaries or representative offices.
