3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1The bidder must be the manufacturer of Geared Internal Mixer (Series Connection) supplied or its authorized agent. If the bidder is an agent, it must submit a letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer, or its bid will be rejected.
3.2 If the bidder is a manufacturer, it must provide the business license (business registration certificate) or business permit.
If the bidder is an agent, it shall not only provide its own business license (business registration certificate) or business permit, but also provide the manufacturer"s business license (business registration certificate) or business permit.
3.3 Performance requirements: From January 1, 2018 to the bid deadline (subject to the time of signing the contract or order), the manufacturer of the geared internal mixer (series connection) supplied shall have the performance selling at least one set of geared internal mixer (series connection) or similar equipment.
Supporting materials include copies of corresponding sales contracts or orders. Copies of sales contracts or orders must reflect key information such as the time of signing, the content, specifications and quantity of products sold, and the signing parties, otherwise they will be regarded as invalid proof materials. If the Seller of the contract or order is the manufacturer or its agent, it shall be recognized. If the sales contract or order fails to reflect the above information, please attach the relevant technical agreement or other supporting documents as supporting materials, otherwise it will be regarded as invalid performance.
3.4 If the domestic bidder has been listed as a dishonest debtor on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) as of the bid deadline, its bid shall be rejected.
3.5 The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of bank reference letter issued by its deposit bank within 3 months prior to the date of bid opening.
3.6 Joint venture bid is not accepted for the Project.
3.7 The bidder shall complete registration and information verification on http://www.ebnew.com or http://www.chinabidding.com before submitting a bid.
