3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1. The equipment provided by the bidder shall comply with national and local safety, environmental protection, and fire protection requirements in Shanghai.
3.2. For the components that are necessary for the operation of the entire equipment, even if they are not listed in this bidding document or the quantity listed is insufficient, the bidder is still obliged to list them in the bidding document and make up for them free of charge during contract execution.
3.3. The testing equipment provided by the bidder shall be of the latest model, with excellent functional and structural design, easy operation, high measurement and control accuracy, good repeatability of test results, high reliability, and corresponding supporting documents, reaching the international first-class advanced level.
3.4. The main components and equipment of the equipment must be equipment produced and manufactured in the original country of origin by the bidding party, all of which should be qualified branded products and accompanied by a list. The list should sequentially indicate its name, quantity, model, place of origin, and manufacturer.
3.5. The bidding party shall provide a performance list and corresponding equipment manufacturer authorization documents when bidding, and the bidding equipment shall have good international sales performance and usage reputation.
3.6. Have provided the same type of system to at least three third-party certification bodies globally or have had no less than 10 customer cases in China.
3.7. At the same time, it shall have corresponding after-sales maintenance capability in Chinese Mainland, and shall issue corresponding certification materials.
