Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aneks se sklepa na podlagi 95. člena Zakona o javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 91/15, 14/18, 121/21, 10/22, 74/22 - odl. US, 100/22 - ZNUZSZS, 28/23 in 88/23 - ZOPNN-F) in Zakona o interventnih ukrepih za odpravo posledic poplav in zemeljskih plazov iz avgusta 2023 (Uradni list RS, št. 95/23)

Vrednost zahtevka, v katerem so zajeta sanacijska dela na trasi, so nujna za dokončanje ostalih pogodbenih del, ki so predvidena v okviru osnovne pogodbe.
