for TVDSB projects, as more particularly described in this RFSQ. Through this RFSQ TVDSB intends to establish “vendor of record” lists (each a “VOR List”) of ranked prequalified consultants who will each execute an MSA expiring February 28, 2027, with the option to renew for an additional year ending February 28, 2028 with the TVDSB.

Services will generally include some or all of preliminary design services, detailed design services, tendering, construction review, contract administration, and commissioning services for TVDSB facility or school renewal projects of up to $100,000, and may include the delivery of studies, reports and building audits
