The City of Lloydminster(City) is seeking software for concerts and large-scale events. The software platform will provide customer facing and staff interface ticket sales, cancellations, refunds and payments for Concerts, sporting events and other large-scale events.

A virtual Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on April 27, 2026 @ 2:00:00 PM local time to discuss project parameters and to take questions from potential Vendors. Interested Vendors can email the Project Owner prior to the meeting to request the (Teams) invite. Attendance by Vendors at this meeting is not Mandatory but is encouraged. Minutes of items discussed during the meeting and responses to any questions will be distributed via Addendum and will form part of the RFP package.
