The BCER seeks proponents to provide hazardous materials assessment surveys (HMAS) services in support of restoration work at Orphan sites.

The objective of this Request for Standing Offer is to establish a Standing Offer agreement with the successful contractor(s) to provide hazardous materials assessment surveys (HMAS) services as needed in support of restoration work at Orphan sites.
The specific site service area included in the Request for Standing Offer include the following:

• Hazardous Materials Assessment Surveys
• Provide services to conduct onsite hazardous materials assessment surveys (HMAS) where samples of potentially hazardous materials will be gathered and sent for laboratory analysis to confirm material presence.
• Generation of reports based on the findings from the onsite survey, provided to the Regulator for internal use and distributed to Orphan contractors.
• Materials to be tested for should include but not be limited to; lead, asbestos, and signs of rodent infestation.
