Description

The City invites Bids from Respondents who have previously been qualified by the City through PVP 2024-004 to participate in a Bonus Bid – Scale Based Timber sale within Tree Farm License 26. Timber sale Cut Blocks include: JL5, JL6, located off the Johnson Lake Road Network, and JR13, JR14, JR15, located off the Johnson road network . This sale requires 856 meters of logging road construction. The selected Buyer shall be solely responsible for performing all Work described in Schedule A, including without limitation harvesting the standing timber and the construction and maintenance of logging roads as necessary, such Work to be completed before December 31, 2026.
