The purpose of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is to invite qualified Respondents (“Consultants”) to submit a response (“Response” or “Submission”) to qualify to provide Annual Performance Inspections (API) of Water & Wastewater Systems in British Columbia First Nations’ communities on behalf of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC).

The Annual Performance Inspection (API) program involves completing performance-based inspections of all federally-funded First Nations community water and wastewater systems (over 400) in British Columbia. The scope of work includes:

• planning,
• coordinating, and
• conducting on-site inspections for each listed water and wastewater system within assigned communities.
