Description

HVAC Upgrades at Prince Rupert Government of Canada Building, which includes, but not limited to:

• The installation of DX Heat Pump coils in the supply air ductwork downstream of the mechanical unit SF-1.
• Provide and install 25mm thick thermal insulation on all existing supply air ductwork within the building.
• Addition of condensing units on the roof requiring electrical power and structural support serving the main air handler SF-1 serving Levels 1 and 2 DFO areas.
• Addition of refrigerant piping run throughout the building in large volume spaces to serve air handling units DX heat pump coils for the main air handler SF-1 serving Levels 1 and 2 DFO areas.
• Addition of controls to the existing mechanical DDC system.
• Addition of CO2 demand control ventilation for the main air handler SF-1 serving Levels 1 and 2 DFO areas.
• Addition of humidification and dehumidification control for the main air handler SF-1 serving Levels 1 and 2 DFO areas.
• All disruptive work (including but not limited to, noise, dust, equipment shutdown, hazmat abatement, etc.) must be scheduled afterhours.
