  Supply Ontario (SO) believes that the following procurement qualifies as a sole source or single source procurement. The purpose of this ACAN is to determine if there are other proponents capable of meeting the requirements of the procurement for the following supplies:

  Product: Reveal Mobi Pro (Model KAI-00029) Purpose: Provide bedside imaging with true single-exposure dual-energy subtraction (conventional, bone-subtracted and soft-tissue-subtracted images) to support acute care workflows.

  SO is seeking to establish a contract for the supply of a motorized mobile X-Ray system that produces three image types from a single exposure (conventional X-ray, bone-subtracted, and soft-tissue-subtracted), with required detector and workflow integration capabilities (DICOM, MWL, PACS), to support bedside imaging across Ontario healthcare institutions.
  
  Supply Ontario believes that there is only 1 supplier capable of supplying the required product in the Canadian market. Supply Ontario intends to award 2-year term contract, (plus 1 option year), for the product described
