The successful proponent will be responsible for the procurement and installation of the Zone D Elevator Modernization at St. Joseph’s Health Care London in London. Work will occur on each floor, as well as the Penthouse; including the exterior facade. This will require but is not excluded to the following: mechanical and electrical work related to the elevator modernization. The winning proponent must act as constructor and is responsible for carrying all appropriate subtrades.
