Description

• This Request for Bids is to establish a Vendor of Record arrangement for the provision of French and English classroom learning resources to support educators in teaching the curriculum and to foster greater consistency of student learning experiences across the province. This arrangement aims to enhance curriculum-aligned learning experiences for students from grade 1 through grade 12, across all subject areas, by providing consistent, inclusive, high-quality, and impactful classroom learning resources.
• Scope of Work
  The successful vendor will be expected to provide a comprehensive set of classroom learning resources for each subject and course in the Minister issued Ontario curriculum from grade 1 to grade 12. These resources will enable a teacher to deliver the entire curriculum for their subject, with limited reliance on supplementary resources.
  These resources must include a broad range of effective curriculum-aligned instructional resources, tools, and supports for grade 1 to grade 12. These materials must be intentionally designed to facilitate student learning and achievement of all curriculum expectations. The vendor must provide access to the resources through their own online platform
• Optional Information session will hold on March 10, 2026 at 10:0 am (Toronto Time).
